FAQs

  • Everyone. No matter who you are, no matter your age, fitness level or anything else you may think would stop you: aerial is for you! We work hard to make sure all of our classes are be accessible to everyone.

  • Aerial is a circus-based skill involving a range of apparatus either suspended in the air or elevated from the ground in some other way. It is a type of physical movement that has been proven to have many health and wellbeing benefits. From learning climbs and shapes to performing full routines with various tricks and spins, aerial can be whatever sort of movement you want it to be.

  • There are many ways we incorporate accessibility into our studio and classes. Whether that is to support your physical, sensory or any other needs you may have. We aim to cater to each individual so that they can get the most out of our classes. To hear more about what we have to help you as an individual please get in contact with us!

  • This depends on the class you’ve chosen to join! When you’re booking a class on Bookeo (our booking system) you can find out what you need in the 'What to bring' section. Generally you should wear general fitness wear, with the option to cover your lower back and legs (especially if you're using aerial silks) and we recommend everyone brings a full water bottle.

  • We have our contact details to our email address and also Instagram page at the bottom of every page on our website! Feel free to email us with any and all enquiries.
