Ive been doing aerial arts for 12 years, since finding kinetic heights i wouldnt train with anyone else, Their attention to safety and standards are high as it should be with this activity. You want to achieve something, they are excited to help you do it. Ive watched my groupmembers perform and they have brought me to tears with their beauty and strength. "My daughter tried this for the first time today at the sen class , she had the best time Adele and Shaun were both brilliant with her took there time to explain things and made sure she was comfortable with different activities before she tried them , it's a small quiet class which is perfect and I was aloud to be in the same room which helped with her anxiety , she tried everything and left with the biggest smile in her face most certainly be back next week."
